We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is passionate about our mission, thrives in consultative sales, and excels at building long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Follow up on existing referral lists and contact potential clients.
Build strong relationships through consultative conversations and repeated outreach.
Present and sell our certification and corporate products with enthusiasm and clarity.
Partnership Development:
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations aligned with our mission.
Proactively develop new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve sales targets through consistent, ethical, and effective engagement.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track progress towards KPIs.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of business development experience, including consultative sales (not just transactional selling). Connections in HR sector a big plus.
Skills & Traits:
Deep passion for ethical technology and the mission of Consciously Digital Institute.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build trust with people.
High tolerance for repetition and persistence in communication.
Resilient and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and refusal to give up after a “no.”
Well-organized, tracks their own tasks and sets and achieves goals.
Fluent English (written and spoken), other languages and culture exposure a big plus.
Trial Period:
The first 3 months will be a commission-only trial period, allowing you to demonstrate your ability to generate sales and drive results.
Following a successful trial period, you will transition to a compensation structure that includes a competitive base salary plus commission.

Compensation:
